Residents of CMC, deserve better from the Commissioners. It is utterly amazing how they hire/approve retired individuals. So, those that are hired collect a sizeable pension plus a 6 figure salary. So, the commissioners allow for double dippers to take jobs from those employees who have been with county from the start and are working towards a pension/promotion. So, acting director of a department makes $114,950 plus a sizeable pension without knowledge of said, department. Another retiree makes $138.566 plus a sizeable pension. There should be a resolution/policy against this behavior
