Regarding the spout off on the County hiring an outside accounting firm to oversee the taxpayer’s money where it is being spent. They do hire an outside firm to audit their books. Year after year after year the same one. That’s the problem. They are suppose to change firms every 3 years. They need a NEW professional accounting firm.
