The first and most obvious is Democrats refusal to allow the construction of new refineries that are capable of refining the lighter oil we produce Like a dictator democrats decided on their own we couldn’t drill our own oil so we imported heavy crude from countries like Venezuela, Russia and Iran, and we’ve been limping along ever since. We are now building the first new refinery in 50 years.
