Can someone explain why some spouter's are whining about childre

Cape May County / Philadelphia - Can someone explain why some spouter's are whining about children going to schools without air conditioning? All of us who are over 50 years old went to schools with no air conditioning, and most without even fans. We got higher test scores and were more physically fit. Cape May County is not the tropics.
