Part time jobs up 1.8 Million last year while full time jobs are down 1.6 million. This is what a job market in decline looks like. Obama changed rules so job reports now contain part time jobs, whereas before, only full time jobs were counted and a far more useful job report resulted. Everybody knows people jump in and out of part time on a whim, and is not useful information when mixed in with full time. Democrats insist people have less information when we need more.
