On March 23 of next year, Obamacare will be 15 years old. This is your reminder we've been waiting for the GOP to come up with a better plan to "repeal & replace" for 15 years. 15 years!! This is your reminder they cant, because either 1) it's good policy and they can't come up with something better or 2) they're simply too inept to come up with something better. Either way, the GOP is a failure. Remember their ineptitude on November 5.
