Many of Biden’s pardons (if he even knew about them) are questionable. But so are Trump’s. I’m an equal opportunity critic when something smells afoul. Perhaps it’s time that we reconsider this presidential power, and explore other options like maybe instead of pardon, commutation, etc. a president having the power to refer a case for reconsideration..
