Let’s lay it all on the table now that rocks are being flipped over and discovering the waste and abuse taxpayers have paid out. Why do County employees work a 35 work week, get 13 paid holidays and start out w 10 vac days? Don’t even want to state their sick days. What if we made common sense and worked a 40 hour work week and trimmed the number of employees by 10%? Savings and service to the taxpayer that works a 40-60 hour work week and can’t contact anyone during 8:30-4:30 County hours.
