Just watched a video of a teacher crying the blues of all the things she does above and beyond her job description. For gods sake just stop! Send the students to guidance!! Make them do their job’s so teachers can focus on educating!! It’s on you teachers if you go above and beyond. Believe me your union, administrators, students and parents will not pat you on the back for doing things outside your job description! Just stop! Make guidance do their jobs!!
