I’ve been reading spout off for decades, first print copy and more recently the digital version. I’m always surprised at the lack of knowledge re our democratic republic. I encourage Spouters to take government/public policy courses for free at Harvard. You know, that so called elitist private higher education institution that is under assault by the current administration. Free and well worth your time.
