It’s too bad we don’t have mid term elections for county administrators and elected officials. Not sure if some department heads would even care how bad their approval rating drops, but maybe it would wake up the administration. I know of a couple departments that would give their leader the boot. Specifically, the ones that ignore their long time dedicated employees needs over nepotism. Do they realize how badly it affects the entire department? What kind of person ignores the obvious just so they won’t hear “told you so”!
