I struggled making an appointment the other day with the new Cooper at Cape and AMI at Cooper and I was ready to call it quits until I spoke with the most wonderful young lady. Jessica R. who works in the scheduling department is such a gem. Because of her I plan on keeping my appointments. I hope the organization knows how lucky they are to have her.
