I just read about certain employees of the county getting Cost of living adjustments, equity adjustments and merit raises. Perhaps it’s deserved? Shouldn’t it be county wide. A large percentage of county employees make under 45,000. Those are the employees that should have received an adjustment since you cannot live off of that salary in this time and age. Those making over 100,000 can still survive comfortable in this county. Fairness is questionable.
