I first want to say that I agree with the decriminalization of Marijuana, but why have the use of it not covered by the simple rules of tobacco use? It seems that anywhere you go you smell it, there are designated smoking areas but pot users claim that it's medical and that doesn't apply, listen you got your way now follow the simple rules! Also how about all those claims of second hand smoke with tobacco, but it doesn't seem to apply with pot. What's with kids being dropped off at school and pot smoke coming out of the parents car or having their clothes reek of it, there has to be some rules
