How is it that Cape May County,hires retired police & giving them a more than reasonable salary? Yet those employees who have a particular license to operate bus',dump trucks etc ,get hourly rates below what you would receive in the private sector. Also,how the county is favorable with monies to their friends,family & political acquaintances w/o any experience. Time for changes on the board of commissioners.
