Cape May County

The Herald's article about our county's affordable housing obligation units, quoted the executive director of the Fair Share Housing Center, a "nonprofit advocacy organization that uses legal, policy, and community-building strategies to fight for housing justice in New Jersey and beyond." Interestingly, the executive director of the Fair Share Housing Center makes north of $150,000 in salary which can be found on the organization's Form 990 tax return. He is quick to dismiss the concerns of NJ residents who raise legitimate concerns about inorganic growth and density in their towns.
