Having just relocated from N. Wildwood to Gloucester County, the local newspaper, which is published weekly, has a section on the front page called 'Wallet Watch' that lists how the taxpayers' money was spent that week. It identifies where the money was spent and the exact amount. Don't you want to know where your money is spent? All of the towns in Cape May County need to adopt this policy. What is there to hide?
