To the commissioners of CMC, shame on you. It seems there is only one commissioner who has the taxpayers and residents first. The other four have the ideas of the Director. What is the difficulty of transparency? Looking at the scorecard in the Herald the Commissioners are not transparent. The four of you, work for the taxpayers/residents not your annoyed Director. Keep the fight up the lone commissioner.
