CMC the retirement investors capital of the world. 3-4 months out of the year is what we are used too. The mentality to come here and tell this county to do more is rediculous. Your not special bringing money into a low income area just because of the water. And then start saying people around here are lazy and uneducated. So leave , you moved here we grew here, who do you think you are!? Investments are for your own portfolio. Not ours. People here besides the materialistic “popular”local crowds are happy living like this. Why are you changing it for you own pockets.
