That’s an interesting theory you have, but you may not have noticed that in the past we had to travel to the outside world, now it comes to us. That’s good/bad depending on viewpoint, but no denying it brings new talent, also potentially good or bad, but the days of being Bob’s uncles cousin may no longer be enough to guarantee the position. Education, not who you know brings lasting success.
