Can people not invest in their own towns? Will you not make money like the shore rentals? Its not a neighborhood anymore with a different party house every week!? And yes it is a party house! That's what people do on vacay. And each one of them say “I'm on vacay, I'll do what I want, I paid good money for this” so thanks for making my neighbor into a business.
