As a business owner in this county I will tell you that the job applicants are looking but the problem is 3/4 of them are not passing the background check. The first thing that needs to happen is Governor Phil Murphy needs to get the unemployment workers back to work so they can review claims in person, that have been exhausted and give it to someone else’s claim. To someone who really needs it. Families are struggling whose claims are still not going through. It’s the right thing to do.
