As,an individual who @ times uses Fare Free,it can be frustrating. First & foremost the drivers are awesome &very helpful. But,as,for appointment times for the Court House area it can be daunting. Say,for instance an appointment is 9:00-11:00 you,are picked up before 8:00, dropped off a little after 8:00,&if the office takes you earlier than original time,call office,about early pick up,told pick up is 12:00. Need to fix this problem.
