AFSCM union represents the blue&white collar employees of CMC. The contract expired the end of December 2022 so, the executive board is in negotiation. Recently a survey was posted for all to fill out & submit. Why? If it is only the executive board negotiating shouldn't they ask members in other departments what their job entails? Better yet,why isn't a Business Agent ever @ meetings? Could it be the executive board doesn't want the BA to hear complaints? Members of union don't agree on new contract if the county wants to give stipend as,it is one & done.
