Cape May Council authorizes and installs a new camera system on the promenade the last week of September. As a veteran guard I ask why our Public address System has not been repaired or functional all season. I think you should address Chief Back by his proper title. He has earned that and should be respected as such. Please have the PA repaired ASAP. It is essential to beach safety.
