Commenting on the frustration with ill advised juveniles riding their bikes, skates etc in the streets. You can't say that next time you might hit them. Unfortunately, if their actions keep up they might come in contact with someones car. And it won't be the drivers fault but the fault of the ill informed juveniles. But the driver will have the guilt of hitting someone. So to ALL of you people riding your whatever in the street and not following the rules of the road! Pay attention. You don't want to get it hit.
