Cape May City - Why does Councilwoman Sheehan always have to be the 1 vote on a 4-1 that says no every time? Why do you have so many questions when everyone else gets the same information prior to the meeting? I used to think you were actually doing a great job at making everything transparent but now it has become exhausting. Be more prepared for a meeting. You are supposed to be Deputy Mayor. I'd hate to see if you were the actual Mayor.
