Cape May City - I'm exhausted about entitled people in Cape May. I live here, work here. I don't go around telling people if I don't like something that "Well I know this person and that person." What is going to do for you if the rules are city wide and you don't want to follow them? Hopefully that person you know tells you to stop being an idiot and follow what is supposed to be followed!
