Cape May City - I love "all of these second homeowners" complaining. Do you go to City Council meetings? Do you pay your mechantile license to rent out your homes when you are there? Because you rent you know you do! Have you informed your homeowners insurance that you rent out your secondary property? Well hopefully you get these things in order before you start complaining because once you open that can of worms....this goes to every single 2/3/4 th homeowner. Mercantile license, fire inspection and insurance. Good Luck
