Cape May City - The housing/senior housing is in the historic are and should be renovated. Oh wait, the 100,000, was given as a bonus to ??? That money should have been used to renovate our area. The HPC should get involved to help that area. Mayor Mullock is fixing other areas of the town but we sit here waiting.
