No tickets given etc ..heck you know how many cars park in the opposite direction on a street. You aren't supposed to do that either. The problem is non enforcement. Until it is addressed, people will do whatever they want. Heck, people still run the no blinking Stop signs at Sydney and Washington Streets. Contact the Code Enforcement and complain.
