To the City of CM HPC, your standards for vinyl fencing and windows is ridiculous. The vinyl fencing on the promenade is hideous. Someone wants to upgrade their home with custom weather protecting materials to protect their home and make it visually attractive and the city says No! HPC committee needs new young eyes!
