To the City of Cape May and surrounding beach towns. It's great about your Jitneys or parking apps. But why do you think that everyone knows how to scan a code or download an app. That's great but you still need to give people a flyer so they can read it. Spend the taxpayers money for all those signs and codes but no flyers? A bit glib. Know your residents not just the tourists.
