The citizens of Ukraine freeze at night. Meanwhile in barrier island homes in CM County- gas lamps burn day and night. Multiple gas furnaces roar away in homes unoccupied for months on end. Nobody home, heat at 70. It's high time to tax this rampant waste of resources.
