Cars on Route 109 exiting to the new Parkway north entrance will have to go through two traffic lights. Still a vast improvement over the old way, which was the cause of numerous accidents. However, the u-turn near the liquor store will remain, but for emergency vehicle use only. You know many people who don't want to catch the traffic lights are going to illegally use this u-turn. I hope there is a plan in place to prevent this.
