Cape May's "Bucket List" -- all the things that need to be replaced, renovated, or expanded. Absent from the list is city hall. For quite some time we have all heard about the leaky windows in the rear of the building, now I understand the front of the building is under attack. Now the taxpayers will have to pay unnecessary bills to remove the mold that will grow, and these bills will be in the thousands.
