A Cape May lifeguard was pulled over for speeding the other day. The police found drugs under his seat and he was arrested. The city tried to have the rest of the gang give drug tests. They rebelled and had a massive sickout. They said that the tests were not required in their contract. I don't think I'll be taking my kids to the beach anymore.
