The Cape May comment stating that young people will no longer be able to afford a house here, and even in the Villas homes are going for $500,000.00. Gone are the days when one could work a seasonal job and sit on their duff and collect unemployment all winter. For those of you still wanting that kind of life, there are communities to the north of here that welcome you. Change is here and here to stay.
