Cape May City Council promised a Town Hall meeting this Fall. It certainly is time for an Open & Transparent explanation and description of the Sea Wall Expansion and the Required additional Desalination Water needed to support the City, West CM, CM Point, Lower Twp. and U.S. Coast Guard Training Center. How much will these projects cost the taxpayers ?
