Being a small business, I wish I could carry my people's pay like the county and the school districts are doing, even with part-time workers. They are so generous with other peoples' money. This is the problem when it’s not their money they’re using. Could you imagine if they had to use their own money like a small businesses and not the taxpayers' dollar?
