Cape May Beach - Why would Lower Township spend $10 million on a pool for kids to swim in? In case you haven't noticed, the 60s and 70s are over and kids don't leave their houses anymore. They have video games and the internet. No matter how much you try to entice them they won't go. Need another example, look at the local sports teams. Not enough kids are coming out to field teams. The parents aren't taking them anywhere for numerous reasons and they don't want to go or care to leave the house. That is how our society is now, so no need to raise my taxes.
