Cape May Beach - What a joke, the Lower Township manager trying to say the aquatic center won't cost the taxpayers a penny. Who will be paying to maintain it, put chlorine in it, skim it, clean it, supervise it, watch the swimmers, pay the insurance bill on it, overrun costs to build it will be at least $1-2 million, and so on after it's built? Not the state, the taxpayers of Lower Township. Good luck with trying to get that approved by the people who will never use it and then expect you to pay $4 to use it if they did. No way. This idea should sink to the bottom of the bay.
