Somebody PLEASE explain to me how Remington got sued and settled

Cape May Beach - Somebody PLEASE explain to me how Remington got sued and settled for 73 million dollars just because of there name in a Video game for kids. If I stole a Ford Mustang, drove around and ran over people and killed 20 or so, would Ford be responsible? This is what the Liberal world thinks! I hope people remember that GUNS are the thing that have kept you safe in this Country! Without them we would all be speaking Chinese or another language.
