Cape May Beach - Perhaps a solution to wasted taxpayer money, favors owed to lobbyists, and just plain pork would be a law that all bills be restricted to one topic and nothing else. Lawmakers would have to vote openly on everything they want, and not hide their intentions under the skirt of a popular bill.
