Cape May Beach - To the new homeowners and visitors to our area, I want to give everyone a history lesson about the Bayside section known as Cape May Beach. Many years ago a local realtor bought several lots on the bay blocks and built his first home there. He could see that his new find would become very popular but the area at the time was named Wildwood-Villas. Some of his potential buyers were not thrilled about Wildwood-Villas, so being a smart marketer, he came up with the name Cape May Beach. Mr. Tolz was a wise man and soon the area took off and is now a thriving community.
