Cape May Beach - I saw the video of the YouTuber being confronted and harassed inside the Lower Township Municipal Building during working hours for walking around videotaping the publicly accessible areas. I had no idea what he was doing was perfectly legal and a protected activity under the Constitution. What I don't understand is how the Township Manager and the Police did not know this was a legal activity? Kudos to the Township Clerk for being professional and courteous with all his requests.
