Our State/Local Pistol permit system is a TRAIN WRECK!!!! Some peoples permits are taking as long as 48 Days! One person I know just got theirs in 45 days, another took 42 days. Here is the LAW! The Local Police have 30 days to either; ISSUE a Permit OR give you a written reason for denial! 30 Days! Some of these townships BETTER put on some extra people to process Pistol permits. I know 2 people who are already speaking to Attorneys. There will be some lawsuits over this, the problem is, this State doesn't care about Constitutional Laws! And, It'll take years to fight them!
