My neighbor's grass is so high it is triggering visions of a Vietnam jungle coupled with PTSD as I keep looking for snipers. Seeing such things makes me wonder if Lower Township really has a housing code enforcement officer, especially since this same home has been such a neighborhood eyesore for over 25 years.
