Lower Township Republican Council started off the new year thumping their chests that they had won the election and that elections have consequences. It was obvious that Conrad was conducting township business after the election outside of council. The Republicans were ready the first meeting to pay off their friends with jobs at much higher cost to the taxpayer. Do you really think that they were taking those votes for the taxpayer? It was for themselves. Remember Republicans, you now own the challenges that face Lower. As a Republican, I am not in support of your actions so far.
