Living in Cape May County is an enjoyable experience, so many nice people. Among the best it has been my pleasure to know, is the Kulkowitz family led by Mark, the owner of the Mad Batter Restaurant and hotel. He has done so much for veterans, and proved himself the ultimate patriot.
